Full Purchased Copies
A Full Purchased Copy is one that is purchased directly as a line item at the going-price at that time from one of our distributors. If you received a copy for free, as part of a bundle, or in any way that we do not have record of the purchase you are not eligible for a free upgrade or discounted purchase. Some customer purchases such as at iPaqChoice are not available for any discounted or free upgrades as we cannot verify purchase and we don't get paid for the original purchase.

Major Upgrades
We always provide free upgrades for our software through sub-point upgrades. This means that version 9.1 will be a free upgrade from 9.00. Major version upgrades such as 5.x to 6.x incur a $10 USD charge. We also provide free upgrades from one major point release to the next if you have purchased since August 1st 2009.

Franklin Covey Plan Plus
Franklin Covey Plan Plus 4.0 and 5.0 comes with a version of Pocket Informant as part of the package. However, the license is for only what Frannklin Covey provides. We do provide Franklin Covey updated versions from time to time. To receive support from WebIS, however, you must upgrade to a retail copy. We offer an upgrade path for $16.95. Compatibility

Pocket Informant 9 is for Windows Phone 5.0/6/6.1 and 6.5 only. It will not run on Pocket PC 2000/2002/2003 devices. Whether you are just trying the trial or downloading to upgrade - the same installer and application will work for you. Once you enter a valid registration code the software will be registered.
