Major Upgrades
We always provide free upgrades for our software through sub-point upgrades. This means that version 4.9 will be a free upgrade from 4.00. Major version upgrades such as 3.x (2007) to 4.x incur are $16.99. We also provide free upgrades from one major point release to the next if you have purchased since April 1st 2007.
iPaq Choice Purchases
iPaq Choice Purchases currently require an upgrade fee, unless you can provide our support with a receipt of purchase after April 1st 2007. Unfortunately the company that ran iPaq choice prior to 2008 never provided us with order information and went bankrupt before paying us. As such we've actually never been paid for any iPaq Choice purchase. We apologize for the inconvieance.
Free Upgrades
If you purchased FlexMail 4, then all 4.x upgrades are free - just download the newest version. If you have purchased FlexMail 2007 after April 1st 2007, then you can receive a free upgrade to FlexMail 4. Just fill out the form below. However if you received FlexMail for free via any promotion then you may upgrade to FlexMail 4 for an upgrade cost of $16.95. Its a great deal - full copies of FlexMail 4 for just the upgrade price!
Compatibility
FlexMail 4 is for Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC and Windows Mobile 5.0/6 Pocket PC and Smartphone only. It will not run on Pocket PC 2000/2002 devices. Whether you are just trying the trial or downloading to upgrade - the same installer and application will work for you. Once you enter a valid registration code the software will be registered.
